Throwaway: Need help with career plan

I recently took a job at a Big 4 accounting firm, as well as got my MBA in March 2019.

I took a paycut and job title demotion to join said Big 4 firm (was a senior making 72K, now a Staff 2 making 65K plus I got a 5K sign on bonus)

Previously I was at a Top 50 accounting firm and before that a boutique firm (at each for 2 years).

I have recently been offered a job at one of the largest telecommunications companies on a leadership track, and would join as a senior and be in that role for 2 years. The offer should come in around 95K...

If I stay with B4 (Big 4) I'm certain more of these offers will come but this is now, with a great increase that I could def use.
