For one of my lessons in school, someone came to talk to us about their job. The woman was a “missionary” and was talking to us about how she helps children in Africa to get proper schooling and helps them and stuff.
I was wondering if there’s a “non catholic” version of this kind of job. I’m guessing it’s overseas development? And I know you can definitely do volunteering for things like that but I was wondering if there’s a particular career like that that doesn’t involve doing it to spread the word of Jesus and stuff..
Is there a job like this?
