I recently interviewed for a position with a pay range of $16-25/hr. I think I'm likely to get an offer based off of what they had to say following a full day interview.
The job did not require a college degree. I have a degree in the field and 4 years of experience in the field (senior fitness, fairly small field).
My questions are what should I expect an initial offer to be based off my experience, and should I try to negotiate up from that initial offer? If so how would you do it? I've never been in a position where I felt like I could negotiate much. Any advice would be great!
