I know what I want, a general sense of what skills I need to build (some of which coincide with my day job). My biggest challenge has been two-fold:
- I'm so busy with my day job that I many times run out of mental juice & time to make good progress in learning.
- Learning is kinda easy/convenient, since there are tons of resources (free & paid) out there. But I often get stuck in getting it "to the next level" to be qualified for jobs and stuff...
Anyone have gone through this? How did you go about it?
