I have two identities that bleed into each other. In one I’m a musician, controversial writer, model, and event producer. I have hundreds of pictures, songs, albums, magazine appearances, articles, interviews, and videos. Much of this work would be considered alternative or underground, but of the high end sort. (I was semi-famous in the early 2000s)
In my other identity I’m a UX designer, graphic artist, copywriter, and market researcher.
I think I may need to create two separate portfolios, but there also may be a way to blend them together. I’m not sure. Right now I’m just overwhelmed with my output, and not sure how to put it all together.
In my non-mainstream identity I’m gearing to be a consultant to CEO’s of media and entertainment companies.
In my mainstream identity I’m gearing to get in at Netflix or HBO as a designer and then work my way up to content producer.
Any tips on sorting this madness?
