So I recently just accepted an offer at a small tech start up. The job is cool and the people are incredible. It’s arguably one of the most laid back work environments ever. Wear what you want, come in when you want, work from home when you want. There’s no HR so we can have as much fun as we want. It’s the greatest. The people are ALL incredible idk if there’s a bad person in the bunch. But, the salary is well below average. We aren’t profitable yet and idk when we will be. I now have an offer from a massive firm paying me MUCH higher than average. It’s a major career opportunity. But I have reservations about moving into that kinda environment. Does anyone have experience moving from a small liberal and laid back company to a massive corporation and has some advice?
