My gpa is currently a 3.5, I'm Neuroscience and English undergraduate double-major, and I'm 26 years old.
I'm taking Biochem for the 2nd time. I withdrew the first time due to a financial situation and I'm considering withdrawing this time because I didn't do too well on the first exam and have been very busy bartending to support myself on the weekends in addition to writing for the school newspaper to study for the second exam. I'm supposed to graduate this semester and am considering dropping my pre-medicine concentration, hopefully still keeping my orgo classes and lab credits, and graduate this semester. I can take Biochem as a post-bacc, so that way I can take it by itself and dedicate more time to this class. Is this a good idea if my goal is a masters in biomedical science and then med school? I'm interested in becoming a psychiatrist/psychologist and a science journalist.
