Hi all. I’m currently in college and just finished my associates degree in Communications. I am only doing this for the bachelors degree as my mother wants me to get one and it’s a goal of mine. I’ve been an actress my whole life and ultimately this is my first passion. I understand it’s a hard business. Which is why I want a backup / side plan. I have been curious about doing real estate because having connections and being a people person means you can get high commission. However, I hate convincing / selling things to people if they don’t know what they want. (Being pushy makes me uncomfortable, but i could work on that) I have also always been interested in event planning -specifically weddings. I have always been fascinated and in awe of weddings and the decor and the idea of making magical memories and events for people. I love love. I need advice on what path to take. We only live once and I want to make the most of it. Pls help lol thanks!
