Is a 2-page resume too long?

I’m a director level professional with over 15 years experience in corporate America.

While I try to keep my resume as succinct as possible, and have left off early career jobs, I feel it important to include relevant experience and also show my growth and professional progress over the years.

Is a full 2page resume (experience, education and skills) too long for recruiters and hiring managers? I’ve worked on layout and margins but without the text being tiny <10 pt font, I can’t really get it much smaller.

Thoughts?
