I graduated a year ago with a degree in mechanical engineering. I got a job right away as a manufacturing engineer. I am not too happy/excited about the position. I want to pivot my career towards HVAC or construction. I have applied to many jobs in these fields with no luck. Is there anything I can do to make myself more desirable to hire for these position? Is there any courses that would help me get my foot in the door at any of the construction firms?
