Advice for first week/month in leadership role with new company?

I’ll be starting as a manager in a new company and I would really like to get this right. I’m joining a small team, I think only three staff. I’d really like to make a good impression. I’ve been in management about 5 years but started giving up with people in my last year at my previous role due to several factors, mainly pay/ridic workload. Hence I’ve moved and really want to make a good impression. I have done management courses and know how to do good 121s would just like some general advice and maybe good things you have seen new managers do?
